- Payment Processors: Stripe processes card payments on our behalf. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on public blockchain networks
- Email Service: We use Resend to deliver transactional emails. They process your email address solely to deliver messages on our behalf
- Public Platform Activity: Your username, display name, competition picks (after game lock), leaderboard rankings, and P2P market activity are visible to other users as part of the platform experience
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sportsvestment, our users, or the public
5. Cookies & Session Management
We use essential cookies only — specifically, a session authentication cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies.
If you use the Sportsvestment PWA (Progressive Web App) on your device, session data is stored locally to maintain your login state.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted authentication tokens (JWT)
